They say the money used to build for churches could have helped the Roman empire for better use.
Nero and Caligula had wasted money that they used on parties and prostitutes that they could have used for more important things.
Wealthy people had lead pipes that would lead into their house for purified water to drink.
With fighting going on and with all the filth and blood a disease had spread and caused many Romans to die.
Many people were on the streets homeless and had diseases that had spread among many people.
Wealthy lived in a domus, or house that had marble walls, floors, with intricate colored tiles, and windows that were small panes of glass while the poor were most likely in filthy and smelly apartments.
Each poor apartment had six or more stories called islands that each had covered a block.
The more shaky wooden stairs family’s had to climb cheaper the rent.
The upper apartments that were rented for 40 dollars a year were hot, dirty, crowded, and dangerous.
People who could not be able to pay up their rent they were forced to move out and live on crime infested streets. Because of this cities began to decay.
Roman citizens believe it was the Christianity’s people and religion that destroyed Rome because of how they were turning citizens in pacifists,making it more difficult defend against the Barbarians

Billions of dollars have been wasted on programs that are now in no use.
These programs have failed for people to learn and have also failed to clear the stress off of people of society.
This has increased crime, violence, alcohol, drug abuse, and disease.
The U.S Justice department have said that 81% of weapons arrests take in cities including Cincinnati and teenagers have been accounted for 23% of these arrests.
Solutions:
The Natural Law party has found that when wasting money for programs that have no use then it increases in the crime,violence and other things as well. They say that if we take a significant reduction out of the programs then there will be a reduction of crime, violence, drug abuse, alcohol, and disease.
By using some of the programs it will integrated the sense of the community to emerge as the best security against inner city and crime decay.
Will use federally guaranteed loans and capital gains tax breaks for investment for start up industries in urban areas.
Build houses and apartments that are friendly, nontoxic, and in harmony with natural law.
Provide ample parks, and green spaces.
With all the diseases going around the Natural Law party would like to support prevention- oriented health education that shows it prevents disease, promote health, and cut healthcare costs in half.
To boost economy they would lower taxes that would be in vocational and management.
Reduce government waste along with lowering the taxes.
Supporting the safety in the urban areas they would support cost effective programs that has now been shown to rehabilitate criminals, programs that target at-risk youth before they become in crime, will also help prevent alcohol and drug abuse that will create a more less stressful atmosphere.
Provide transportation in urban areas like bus routes and housing that would improve health where families can grow and be healthy.

A lot of money have been used in programs that have been used for unnecessarily things that not many people go to or even know about. They have also wasted it on monuments trying to make Cincinnati look like a safer environment but people just don't feel it. These programs have increased in crime, violence, alcohol, drug abuse, and disease. The U.S department have said that 81% of weapons arrests take in cities including Cincinnati and that 23% of these arrests have been accounted by teenagers. This is like when the fall of Rome happened many people thought the money was wasted on parties or other people thought it was wasted on Christianity programs. Many people blamed it on two emperors that were Nero and Caligula who had spent much of money on parties and prostitutes.
But don't worry there is a solution. According to The Natural Law party has found that if we take out the programs and use them for better use then there will be a reduction of violence, crime, alcohol, drug abuse, and disease. We can also get guaranteed loans for investments to start up industries in urban areas. And with the bad apartments and houses we can start to build houses/apartments that are nontoxic, and friendly.
